Refund Policy

In the event you are unable to attend, we encourage you to select a colleague who may use your registration instead. Email Email Michelle at info@nebiomassheat.com or call (978) 669-5019 to make the substitution.

If you can not find a substitute, we will process a full refund prior to March 11, 2012. After 5PM on March 11, 2012, we will not offer any refunds.
